Tiledesk S.r.l. was founded in Italy in 2020 as a spin-off project of Frontiere 21 S.r.l., a boutique IT consulting firm, mainly focused on messaging and cloud-based mobile applications.

Tiledesk project started in 2017 with the development of Chat21, a live messaging open source chat SDK. Currently it is one of the main components of the Tiledesk solution.

Tiledesk vision is to be the center of the conversational platform revolution, orchestrating the human and AI agents across a multitude of channels.

Tiledesk is an open source project, made with passion in Italy.
