What was the best part about using Teamwork Desk?

Teamwork desk is incredible in its working as it has an ability to communicate with the users without leaving a visible effect on them with a normal email communication. It is user friendly, easy to manage and install. There is no steep learning curve with Teamwork helpdesk. It is flexible and adaptable piece of software, with simple pricing structure and low initial cost. The best part I feel that they set a reset button on help desk software which is very convenient to the clients. They build a brand new product from the first line of code up and are designed to deliver Happy Customers and Happy Users.

What would you change about your experience with Teamwork Desk?

The software is fabulous but the target level is only up to mid-sized organizations. Teamwork help desk has a security problem. It does not like internet explorer and users will force to work in non-compatibility mode. It has no bulk Import capabilities for users. Client information synced between desk and projects. The few bugs are ignored that there is a great need to change firewall settings on Windows 8 to make Desktop Timer app works properly. The charts cannot be viewed on IPad, IPhone and android.

Overall Feedback

Teamwork desk is for building stronger relationship with the customers. It is productive in nature and stays invisible during its working. Overall, it is quite good with a free option to use, and their team of development is always after bugs and improvement. They have pretty good support service. It is clean and has a potential work with a brand new technology stack that uses bleeding edge software designs to create a beautiful, lighting and responsive product. This needs to work in a way that can keep a key pack from some unmistakable issues or circles. Else it is a device worth impacting through cash on.
