The best part about this tool is the customer service which are very responsive on answering queries. Most people complains about the lack of community forum, but they do have a forum which is quite active. Also, the tool is extremely easy to use, with a click you can import data and create the visualizations.

The worst part about this tool is the setting up calculations within a Targit report and graph tools aren't very easy to work with, really lacks behind MS Excel. Also, Advanced calculated measures are not intuitive. Some customization on the reports is not so easy like the analysis. I think there are some areas that have evolved quite nice with the product and other areas that could use some work still.

Certainly, I will advise small to mid-size companies to try or get this software. It's worth it and is better than many other software's. Targit is a great tool and Targit University is great for training the developers and users. If you are looking for a tool to help you develop dashboards you should absolutely consider Targit.
