TAM has several support options available. First, built into the system itself is a support tool that sends an email to our developers and support staff, which is answered immediately. An online manual is embedded in the software to assist you as you are working. We also have several support and system techs on staff to answer questions. To help you get started with our system, we offer training, and have videos and job aids built for you to utilize. Additionally, we have staff that can be hired to complete a variety of services if you lack time or personnel within your operation. These services include software customization for your company, creating reports and dashboards per your specifications, supplying production /engineering techs, petroleum engineers, and more.
