What was the best part about using Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is essential for every business. It acts as a call center and your customers call to get assistance on various issues. It connects them to your business internal databases and the support representative can use it to see the client’s relevant information. This enables them to solve every problem in the best way possible.

What would you change about your experience with Talkdesk?

All minutes are paid for separately, so that means extra cost of using this platform. It comes in three versions, enterprise, pro and regular. Though not very expensive, for you to get the best you have to get the enterprise version, which costs $99 and it’s billed annually. This makes it hard even for those going for the regular one. Paying annually is quite a financial burden for small businesses and those that are working on a tight budget.

Overall Feedback

Talkdesk updates information about every caller. You can use unlimited integration though this is for people who subscribe for the enterprise version. However all of them provide support either by email or phone. It is excellent for every business that wants to offer good services in customer support.
