Talkdesk is priced reasonably comparing to other solutions available. Talkdesk does not have a power dialer. Talkdesk is running smoothly without any noticeable error or bugs. Talkdesk can be very helpful to organize calls and sort out entries for better follow up. Talkdesk is a cloud based software therfore, it is accessible for any computer or device. Sometimes reporting tool on Talkdesk does not work properly. I would like to see more improvement with the overall dashboard of Talkdesk .
