What was the best part about using Talkdesk?

Talkdesk has variety of products popular among them are call center software, IVR software, call recording software, sales enablement software, and Live chat software. Our organization uses Talkdesk for improving the Sales and also to motivate the supporting departments. It is a great tool for tracking calls and voice messages and most importantly link it to Salesforce, thereby using the recorded calls for training activities. There is also the Free Trial on offer to make oneself familiarize with most of the features of this product and definitely is a feather in the cap.It would be great if they can incorporate the FREE version of the product in the future versions.

What would you change about your experience with Talkdesk?

There is room for improvement in making the user interface more easy to use and improve the aesthetics as the current version is very laborious and pretty ordinary. I think the product itself is very good however in order to retain its market leadership, it can improve upon the removing of the bugs as not able to transfer a call can be quite frustrating. The worst part of using Talkdesk is that there are not many advanced search features and saving the lists can sometimes be really cumbersome. Also the dashboard features can be greatly improved to make the product really competitive. Also the pricing and customization features for small businesses can be greatly improved.

Overall Feedback

Our organization was in need of a cost effective solution for customer support and improving inbound sales lines which could effectively take care of agents at various offices spread across diffent geographical locations and having a virtual workforce.We hit upon Talkdesk and are quite happy with its solutions. The customer service team is extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the issues and is a delight to interact with. .There is also the Free Trial an offer to make oneself familiarize with most of the features of this product and definitely is a feather in the cap.
