Our organization uses Talkdesk for improving the Sales and also to motivate the supporting departments. It is a great tool for tracking calls and voice messages and most importantly link it to Salesforce, thereby using the recorded calls for training activities. There is also the Free Trial on offer to make oneself familiarize with most of the features of this product and definitely is a feather in the cap.It would be great if they can incorporate the FREE version of the product in the future versions.

There is room for improvement in making the user interface more easy to use and improve the aesthetics as the current version is very laborious and pretty ordinary. I think the product itself is very good however in order to retain its market leadership, it can improve upon the removing of the bugs as not able to transfer a call can be quite frustrating. The worst part of using Talkdesk is that there are not many advanced search features and saving the lists can sometimes be really cumbersome. Also the dashboard features can be greatly improved to make the product really competitive. Also the pricing and customization features for small businesses can be greatly improved.
