SugarCRM

Sugar CRM is basically open source CRM using this I can make my custom modules using this very easily as per my requirements. SugarCRM is very flexible to use and affordable too. It is web based which can be accessed from work and home also. Using Community page of SugarCRM I can suggest my ideas, suggestion to improve the quality of software. Easy and flexible User Interface allow the user like me to complete the work in less time with minimum actions.

The most annoying part of using SugarCRM is, sometimes it becomes difficult to update my version of the software as SugarCRM evolves very fast. In such situation, I prefer to use the current version instead of updating it. Also, while importing, it supports only csv format. SugarCRM can be a little overwhelming to new users, but if they stick with it, they will eventually find it easy to use. It also does not support Gmail integration.

SugarCRM is fairly good CRM software that allows multiple users to access information without causing any human errors, while doing the work on the same data. We can also customize SugarCRM and integrate it with other programs. Works very well for small Companies. Experience of using the software was good. The software is highly recommended for small and mid-sized companies.
