What was the best part about using SPS Commerce?
Didn't have a best part. The whole process is completely unnecessary for EDI professionals. They just use so they can charge you.
What would you change about your experience with SPS Commerce?
Forces suppliers to pay to exchange EDI with their customers. The EDI setup process is much easier without their overly complicated testing. Never did get answers to vital questions.
Overall Feedback
Will not make your suppliers happy when they are forced to pay and follow their deadlines. Their customer service not very helpful either.
Signed-up with SPS Commerce, the experience has been terrible. I would suggest to anyone stay away from doing business with this company.
We canceled our service and they still kept charging us. Now they are threating litigation when we have never used any of their services.

What was the best part about using SPS Commerce?
There is nothing to like. Nothing but aggravation. Very heavy on the sales effort. Minimal effort for customer support.
What would you change about your experience with SPS Commerce?
I'd use a different vendor. I've been waiting 6 months for them to get their product operating properly

My advice: find a different vendor for EDI. All I get is techno double speak excuses on what they can't do.
