The support team for Sprout Social is efficient and responsive.

There was no LinkedIn report until recently, and now no connection to Instagram and Pinterest as far as I know. These platforms are more and more popular, so it's a flaw, but it will hopefully be fixed soon. Another thing that bothers me is that there is no opportunity to quickly switch between different accounts on the mobile app. It's very critical for me as I use the software for several organizations.
