Sprout Social

It is easy to use. That's a credit to how the designed their interface. I was able to figure it out. My colleagues were able to figure it out. Multiple profiles were easy to handle for different campaigns and we were able to see the bigger picture and the smaller picture nicely filed together. There was that single moment of insight where I finally realized that I actually understood social media. Our engagement with our followers made it a truly unique and special moment for our company; and that has made it possible to make it where we are.

We really didn't have any "worst" part with the software. I couldn't really say the same for others out there. I really disliked some of the aesthetics of the platforms we needed to use. Twitter changes a lot of things for the worse and Facebook is a headache to navigate; but Sprout makes things simple and easy. No headaches, no struggles, and no having to worry about how things are being changed in different social networks unless it impacts how we share things.

I know "idiot-proof" may not be in common vernacular, but to be entirely honest I didn't understand social at first. Our team is just a group of three people trying to make a living in design work. When we started to understand a need for being on social, I drew the short straw and was tasked with setting up our "social presence". I didn't understand it at first. The process became "sign up for a lot of software and see what works". I had tried a lot of different things. Connected our social accounts to a lot of different applications. It wasn't until I found Sprout that I was really understanding how to use "social". Twitter was the biggest thing for our business. We saw how our creations could positively impact people in their daily lives and how our customers appreciated what we did for them. We focused on making a statement with our designs rather than "just creating something", and Sprout enabled us to really express how we felt about what we made and highlight how others felt about that. For our customers, this was the most important thing.
