Sprout is incredibly functional and customizable. I want the how I can monitor the reports. I really like the ability to see what is currently trendings, what hashtags are popular and who are our brand advocates.. and its easy to see because of keyword notifications. So I can make better insights to develop my strategies and to see what I need for better marketing.

There is a missed opportunity in building a Sprout community for us as customers to advocate for the brand and feel a deeper connection to the company. Sometimes the results missing some data that I need and important, but can easily find out on Google. But the support is good and can quickly solve the problems.

This software helps you keep track of all your messages without losing any opportunity. It will notify you about the customer’s reactions. it also gives the result in no time, so you won’t miss anything important this also great for monitoring topic so you will always in trends. And last but not the least the tasks module is awesome. If you have the budget to use SproutSocial, I would highly recommend it.
