If you call between 9am and 5pm EST weekdays you can generally get a live person when you call. Sometimes you might have to leave a message and generally receive a return call within an hour. There is also an online chat system and a support ticket system for your convenience. (more)

Currently, you will have access to the most up to date build within a version at any time without cost. If there is a major version change then upgrade is heavily discounted to free.
We will be switching to a subscription model soon and then all subscribers will always have the latest version, build and fanatical support free as long as they are subscribers. (more)
