What was the best part about using SP Central PMS?

Some of the features that exist in the system such as: Automatic Refills, Inventory control and CPOE support.

What would you change about your experience with SP Central PMS?

Lack of clinical support and the instability of the system. Lacks forcing functions for safer dispensing of medications.

This system maybe a good choice for a small business, but for a medium size to large business it is not a good fit.
