What was the best part about using SOS VOYAGER?

I can try it before the purchase of its license. Minimum training is required. It improves the profitability of shipping business by a considerable percentage (up to 30% in some cases)

What would you change about your experience with SOS VOYAGER?

One of its options is to choose the optimal cargo mix considering cargoes which have no quantity or freight known yet. This requires building probability distribution of each cargo, which requires careful attention, though its impact on profitability is high.
