If using the Cloud Telephony, Cloud Contact Centre and Cloud Call Archiving software services, the only requirement is a local network that handle 92kb per concurrent call. There are no hardware requirements if you choose to use soft phones and the services can be delivered anyway globally as long as you have a device that connects to the internet.
If using Web Collaboration service, the only requirement is a browser and sufficient bandwidth to handle 250kb per concurrent video call. (more)
