SmartFocus is a reasonably easy to use system and set up emails with. In addition, the Tech Support Team has always been there to help us launch email marketing campaigns and provide solutions the moment we are experiencing some technical issues. The information we need in analysis of the KPI is very easy to check. It gives us a quick view of our ongoing campaigns.

They seem to have a lot of downtime's, and frequently release updates that don’t work. I mean, we cannot actually send emails at a time for days that is why I think it is not very useful for businesses which sends daily newsletters. The learning curve was also steep at first especially if you are not that familiar with the software. Other than that, this software is great.

Before you consider trying any other ESP, I suggest that you try this one first. If you are launching your business’ email marketing strategy, you may want to try to seek help from their Tech Support. The team is excellent and really extends help. We totally recommend this software since it does what it intends to.
