SmartDraw

SmartDraw makes the design process so much quicker and faster that you’ll be amazed. Thanks to built-in templates there’s virtually nothing you can’t design. What is also great bonus to it is the free trial and overall affordable nature which gives you great creative freedom with not a high price tag. Well worth a try!

The only downside to SmartDraw comes from the user perspective as its’ usefulness depends completely on the level of experience one has. If you are just starting up or are looking for an easy solution, it’s the go-to place. If you are experienced designer/engineer then you are probably bored as the software has done most of the job for the user. So, it depends on point of view.

Even though I have rather extensive experience with interior design and planning, for me it was great change to use a program that has done so much for you already – it gives bigger freedom on actual designing and makes your life so much easier. For entry level users I can’t imagine a better place to start as it’s easy to use, affordable and fun tool!

The programs makes flat to scale drawings. Smart Plan has shapes to use. Design sets up dimensions. Under design tab can enter text.

The pricing should be amended on the free trail to allow individuals to print what they create during their trial period. We took several hours creating a diagram to discover it can not be printed. We contacted the company to get someone to print and send our diagram to us. We were willing to pay a small fee. The minimum fee they would do this for is $75 yet the annual fee on the program is $120. I think they could do this much cheaper and really it should be a minor charge of a few dollars on the free trial.

Price is too high for an individual with a small project. They are not accommodating enough to print a diagram for a onetime reasonable fee. When one discovers the free trial cannot print their project.

SmartDraw works on the principle of office and has power point like presentations and it makes the CAD, 2D and 3D images. For the production of these images there is need to built more capacity but the present tools are feasible in making presentations better with attractive pictures in it. Architectures are the one that use this software by taking all the advantages from it. It works better and improves the quality of working in lesser time.

Users before purchasing the software look its price and then take it for their use. There are some of the software that have free time option and thees have extra features according to new technology. It needs some critical changes that are profitable for the software as well. For maintaining the software tools additions are necessary that users want and I like to have the lower priced software as my organization is smaller and budgets are not so high.

SmartDraw is for creation of maps, building structures, mega stores building maps and for creation of new attractive designs. It helps the engineers to make the best possible design for buildings and also alert the users about errors. SmartDraw is not fair in prices and do not have extra time for free. It provides support to the users and is reliable for the users too. I need to add some contents in it.
