I have working with Sky infotech for past 5 years. The working environment is very good. The management always appreciates the efforts of the employees and motivate them.

They not only taught us so well and made us learn the concepts practically by giving us small projects from time to time . They even used to arrange weekly interview sessions for us where we could learn about the interview etiquettes and the questions that were important from interview perspective.

Nothing much special, Some times they schedule extra classes, its so hectic in summer time.

The only thing that I would like to change is the number of working days. The company has a 6 day working policy and that sometimes hectic when there is too much to do.

The overall experience has been amazing. The salaries are always given on time, which is very important for an employee. We had a friendly working ambience and there were so many things to learn.

The thing that I would like to change would be that it would be better if we get the same trainers every time; we ask Sky Infotech for the trainings.

Weekends off is not there as training for working professionals is mostly on weekends. We get weekdays off instead.
