Skelia prides itself on its relaxed and open company culture - one that fosters creativity and open communication. Skelia encourages a climate of individual growth, career opportunities, and training across a variety of skills.
We make Skelia an enjoyable place to work. Skelia believes people should enjoy what they do and do it well, and this will be reflected in the way our staff treat our customers. Our company culture is created every day by all of the self-motivated, committed professionals who work here. We don't pin lists of values on the wall. They're expressed in the way we work with each other and with our clients.
We believe managers should be accessible to all staff and show their commitment to this company value by taking frequent informal walkabouts. This has the benefit of making our managers accessible to everyone and allows them to be aware of any possible issues on the part of those employees who have a primary contact with our customers. Skelia deploys a structured, proven approach to take in a new customer, or add new resources for an existing customer. On average, it takes around 5 to 8 weeks to get a dedicated team recruited and fully operational. The customer defines, with the help of Skelia, the manpower and physical resources required to deliver the expected services.
