What was the best part about using SiteLink?

Honestly, it is streamlining the rental process, which is typically the longest process with a customer. SiteLink's eSign gives me control and flexibility to use tablets in the store with customers, email a lease to a prospect while we are on the phone, offer online move-ins from a website, and easily track follow-ups on unsigned leases or quickly audit completed leases after the fact. Being able to do business where and how my customers want is a huge advantage.

What would you change about your experience with SiteLink?

I know SiteLink has released many features in their myHub (browser-based interface), however I would like to see more functionality within the that platform, especially because the industry is moving towards the addition of more store-front technology, like tablets and smartphones for our manager, and we need them to have more SiteLink functions in at their finger tips.

Overall Feedback

SiteLink has been and continues to be the industry leader in self-storage management software and I am impressed with their "never stop improving" mentality. They continue to update, add new functions, make screens easier to use and, at the end of the day, help us as operators run our businesses more efficiently and increase revenue. Plus, they easily allow us to work with other service providers through their API for integrations to other platforms we use, from the accounting software, my personal webguy, gate access systems, kiosks, etc..
