Yes! The Segment feature is created to target specific groups of end-users so that Simpo Tools like NPS, announcements, and/or walkthroughs are delivered to the most relevant Segment possible. There are two types of Segments: Global Segment and Local Segment. The Global Segment allows you to create and define a Segment, and then apply that same Segment to multiple Simpo Tools. In contrast, the Local Segment allows you to create and define a specific Segment for a specific Simpo Tool, and only that individual Simpo Tool.
