Customer support is included in the monthly fee. Please take a look at our website SilkOneEHR.com and you will notice virtually every testimonial mentions how happy our clients are with our customer service. Customer service is usually email based (less than 2 hour response time) but also phone based for more urgent issues. And we are the only company that actually gives out the cell phone numbers of our company principles so clients know they can reach us any time !! (more)

No mobile app is needed. SilkOne can be accessed through any web browser whether Android, Safari or any other. In choosing to not create an app we've assured that our portals look the same on your mobile device as they do on your computer. (more)
