This software is a very useful one but it also has some problems. Though ShoreTel keeps on improving itself with each update, but they take much time to upgrade the software. There used to be some issues in the software, but they fixed them in last few updates and now the software works smoothly. The software needs to be simplified a bit as its complicated at present and some nonexperts may find difficulty using it. It is a perfect software for small and medium-sized businesses, but large sized companies may not find it much useful.
