I love that when I get calls, I immediate get emails confirming the calls. This makes sure that I have the phone number right away to call them back. I also like that I can look at a call log and I can see how much time I spent on the phone. Compared to some of the other manufacturers ShoreTel is very easy to administer and comes with lots of functionality that you don't have to pay extra to have.

Configuration via web browser is very tedious. Does not have a way to add multiple items in some areas or do a mass reconfiguration in all areas. They are slow to upgrade to new features or support for client desktops for example. I also wish I would be able to look up my team's phone time and not only mine.

A very good system for at least 5000 users. Can have issues when trying to implement in large enterprise. The user interface online is really easy to navigate and log in to on a daily basis to use. This application is one that is more useful when looking for past information. There isn't really too much to it, but it is beneficial.
