The flexibility and power of the application is just incredible. I love the ease of configuration to suit individual client organisational hierarchy. Having worked on enterprise system software in the past with complicated configuration and workflows, requiring months of set up, SHERM is a breath of fresh air. For my clients, the best part of using SHERM is different depending on the business. However the feedback received is the ability to get real-time data, reports and analysis and the cost savings associated with having the majority of safety and systems data in the one place. The increased communication and accountability is another big winner. I personally love how easy and intuitive the software is, and the responsiveness of Safety for Life to client improvement suggestions. The software is smart and flexible, and incredibly comprehensive. And the mobile app means that there really is real-time reporting and data available.

I haven't found too much to dislike about the package as yet after 12 months of using it.
