This is something really important because having videos or tutorials that look fake or drowning in drama discourages the staff from making the most of training sessions. Also, by having everybody follow the same training we can make sure situations are handled efficiently by all of our team members.

The support team needs to be contacted to fix the mistakes in the users’ names and also if you need to delete some people, it would be nice to be able to make those changes without any further help. The page looks a bit outdated and although design and bright colors is not a priority it would really help the staff fancy the system.
