Yes, we have several services to help users get up and running. If you can export your data from your existing system in Excel or CSV format, we can usually work with you to get it loaded. This includes contact data as well as appointments and invoices. This onboarding support is available as part of our JumpStart offering (more info on our site -- serviceminder.io)

It varies from business to business. We do have a JumpStart offering that can help get things set up faster than you'd be able to do on your own. We've had some customers sign up and be up and running as fast as just a few days. The bigger or more complicated your business is, the longer it can take to on-board. (more)
