Schedule101 has the following features that many competitive systems do not have. All of these, some more than others, benefit start-ups:
Schedule101 is a centralized information repository – setup departments and stations, instruct new-hires to register, entering cell phone and email for communications along with their preferred availabilities, allows the Manager or Multi-Unit Manager to login, check the data, enter labor rates, forecast the weeks sales & write profitable schedules. Online employee files, new-hire and training materials i.e. anything uploaded to the system: menus, tables info., uniform guidelines, employee manuals etc. bring new hires up-to-speed faster and current staff aware of changes immediately. New hire tracking, manager / trainer notes regarding progress, test taken & results, a built-in Manager Log / daily shift notes, repair and maintenance logs, to-do lists, with ownership & completion times, Employee & Guest Incident Logs all contribute to streamlining ops. Of course as implied, the powerful labor % based scheduling drives profitable shifts, supported by a simple Time off Request / Approval features boosts morale. Employee & Management Message boards including the ability to communicate to departments & individuals by text & email from within the system ensures the Right staff on the floor for every shift. In other words, tools for better more effective communications, result in a better run store right from the start. The ability for Managers to accept or deny shift swaps, drops or adds and time off requests in real-time help attract and retain good people, so yes we think Schedule101 is more than an excellent tool for new store launches for these and many more reasons. Yes & yes. Additionally, there are Manager & Employee simple documentation, as well as a series of short videos covering the equivalent of FAQ's. Schedule101 being an online system allows users to benefit from constant upgrades at no extra cost as long as they are subscribed to use the system. This is common practice for SaaS software as a Service (login and use) systems. (more)

We currently have a special whereby the first unit in a group of stores is FREE 4 LIFE up to 100 employees after which in that first establishment, we charge $1.50 USD per employee. Subsequent stores are priced per our price list at competitive market rates. (more)
