What was the best part about using SALESmanago?
At the beginning, this system might look like a good solution for your company - as it did for ours, BUT it turned out, that it's a complete disaster, so don't get fooled. Sales Manago looks like it has so many powerful features for a very fair price, the reality is different - more than a half of the functions are working very badly and have a lot of bugs inside.
What would you change about your experience with SALESmanago?
- NEWSLETTERS: After we switched to Sales Manago from a regular newsletter client the OR and CTR went drasticaly down. The reason of this is unclear. What i figured out is that the emails are wrongly displayed in some email clients (even in gmail - when you try to resend the newsletter it only shows pictures - no text columns).
- NEWSLETTER ANALYTICS: are not showing real numbers, they are actually showing lower numbers. When we put our own metrics to count the CTR, it showed up, that the real bumbers are 2x-3x higher... Now imagine how you can possibly work with such newsletter system...
- PERSONALIZED BANNERS ANALYTICS - they are currently not showing anything.
- PUSH NOTIFICATIONs ANALYTICS - they were not showing anything, so we had to report it several times and it looks like it's working now – after 1 month.
- WRONG DISPLAYED EMAILS + CALL TO ACTION BUTTONS: some email clients are not able to display call to action buttons inside emails from Sales Manago, thanks to which you will be recieving a lot of complaining emails, because users will not be able to confirm subscription.
- Also FROM TIME TO TIME SOMETHING JUST DISSAPEARS from your email list.. No one knows why.. For example we've created a welcome email and a week later, it wasn't there anymore, it was just gone and no one was able to explain this issue to me.
- And so on….
Super poor customer support: you have to wait 1-2 days to get answers evethough you have dedicated customer support package and more... The online support usually don't now anything, they only can tell you to send the issue via email.
Really bad video lessons describing various functions: Support works the way, that they send you videos, which covers current subjects - let's say personalized banners. These video lessons are recorded by a woman, which voice is so high and unplleasant to listen, that it literarly hearts your ears - now imagine watching hours of such videos..
Also all functions, add ons and licenses have one month notice period, so after you will realise, that this system is a piece of crap, you will still have to pay the invoice for the next 1-2 months.
The pricing is also quite high.
If you want to spend ours by reporting various bugs and waiting for support to get back to you this system is right for you. If you want to spend hundreds of euros each month for half-functional system, that will sometimes not allow your customers to confirm subscription or not display your newsletter, Sales Manago is the good choice. / If you want to use a powerful system, that will actually help you to earn more money DO NOT USE SALES MANAGO - EVER!
