This was a full service design, development and marketing studio which I had contacted for our custom development project. They come highly recommended so I was wanting to see how they compare to others who had also been recommended. I hope this review can offer value in terms of my evaluation of their service, pricing, guarantee, process and methodology or anything else I can determine differentiates this company amongst their peers and direct competition. To be honest I liked just about everything presented in terms of their own design, branding and copy. Their portfolio is very good and I liked all of the their designs and case study examples I was able to view were solid. They are all very professional. They made mention of specialized understanding in several areas regarding their marketing skills which we were in the market for as well so all together this was an impressive company. They were listed in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in the last three years which was good to see as well as several other positive testimonials available elsewhere online.

Unfortunately when I selected the Joomla, Xcart, Wordpress and Static websites sub-menu items their portfolio appeared to hang up with the structure of each outlined with a circle representing the graphic attempting to load but not able to resolve somehow and looping continuously. Not a great first impression for a leading company but it happens. The PHP portfolio loaded fine and was the sample If it is the same a couple of weeks from this review date I would begin to question their attention to detail and best practices perhaps. I would also like to see Better Business Bureau accreditation it's an easy way to gain instant a prospects trust in my opinion.

I had contacted the company for our custom project and to let them know about the looping error on several of their portfolio pages and am curious about their responsiveness to this issue. I was using Windows 10 and the latest version of Google Chrome so it should be a relatively common problem to reproduce and correct. When I circled around to check the site again a few days later all of the issues were resolved which was great to see. I like to think this attention to detail would be reflected in their client projects and campaigns. I had hoped to receive a proposal from this company regarding our project but I don't believe they reached back to me, unless they were one of the three voicemails I mistakenly removed from my new smartphone around this time and if so I apologize. But there were no email follow ups besides the two automated emails I had sent to let them know about our project and their website error. Nonetheless they have a lot of credibility and I have no doubt they are a legitimate, professional company that can help you with your business.
