RosarioSIS is a web app powered by PHP and PostgreSQL. RosarioSIS has been successfully installed on servers running Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS), but also Windows or Mac. You may even have success if your cPanel host provides you with PostgreSQL databases. (more)
