What was the best part about using Rootstock?

The Rootstock software allows the user to access the required information from the cloud as long as the computers are interfaced. This offers the solutions and also makes work easier for the computers that are on the same cloud within the same network. The cost of the software is also low and manageable. It is easy to use since one does not need training before one starts to use it.

What would you change about your experience with Rootstock?

As the versions rise higher and higher the cost of the software also increases. This is not favorable to small businesses but the medium ones may be comfortable with the increasing rates. The small ones may not afford the latest versions of the software thus they end up being limited in the use of the latest versions.

Overall Feedback

When one starts using the Rootstock software they are likely to increase the production rates in the manufacturing plant. This is the desire of every manufacturer and businessmen with the aim of increasing the rates of profits. The software increases the efficiency and accuracy in the use during the whole production process.

What was the best part about using Rootstock?

Rootstock, providing the chance for having all the data in one place, offers immense security and nice functionality, starting from billing and invoicing, ending with scheduling and quotes. As a one-way solution it can take care of most of your issues and thanks to constant regular updates you can have the certainty of the tool always functioning smoothly.

What would you change about your experience with Rootstock?

One concern that you could have is the pages being a little under-developed – they could be a lot more customizable to provide greater adaptation for you but at the time I could say having greater customization options would be a must. Also, there are times when the technical support is hard to reach as they don’t answer emails often, meaning you might be left on your own at some times.

Overall Feedback

I can’t say the lack in support and customization would be something concerning as in the end you will find the support is not that often needed anyways and I am sure they are developing a greater solution for customizations as well, seeing the potential from constant updates. It is definitely a keeper!

What was the best part about using Rootstock?

Rootstock is built on the fast growing platform so they obviously have the best features and they are fast growing as well and they are being developed as per the specifications of the user and the versions are released every month with the fixes done as per the specification of the user on the previous version.

What would you change about your experience with Rootstock?

The price appears to be the major worry for smaller organisation like mine and the price tag keeps increasing per version which means you have to pay extra every month since the versions are released every month with want you want, so your budget for the software keeps growing rapidly.

The tool comes in handy when you are trying to make changes to the options such as manufacturing or sales and even if you are not using the software for quite some time, it is so simple that you can get going on it without any further training or fresh up which is awesome.
