RingDNA has many pro's going for it, but by far the best selling point is the people behind it. Their staff are beyond what I expected. They did their jobs very well, actually had extensive knowledge behind what they said to us, and were very professional. The fact that the company treats its employees well shows in how well their customers are treated. From the moment that we called to get information to the moment we finished a difficult tech call, they acted in the same courteous and helpful manner. The product itself is excellent. It's user friendly and reliable, two things that are very important for us. We've solved a lot of problems with setting appointments, contacting leads, outbound dialing, and so much more. Before we started using this system we didn't realize how much we were missing out on in regards to optimizing our calls.

Thus far we have had nothing to complain about. I'm sure we will at some point, but given their wonderful customer service I'm sure they will remedy any issues that inevitably arise. We did have one technical glitch that I'm pretty sure was due to our computers being a bit too old for the software, but tech support helped us figure out a way to make it work and soon we were back in business.

I would highly recommend RingDNA for any company that wants to use these services. You will see an increase in the effectiveness of your leads- I know we certainly have, and the staff here are thrilled about it. The fees we pay are worth the services we get in return- not having to worry about whether or not it'll work is worth paying a bit more for. And having technology that's easy to use is also well worth it. We are partly paying a few bucks more to reduce headaches and so far we are more than ok with that. As long as they continue to offer these superior services and don't boost the price unreasonably, I have a feeling we'll continue to use their services for quite a while.
