RingDNA

RingDNA is probably the best software solution you can find for inside sales. Their native integration with SalesForce is something that really caught my eye while looking at their list of features and services. They also have several e-books that are available for download - anyone can read them. They're all worth checking out, as each one of them gives you necessary information and cool tips and tricks for your business.

Just like several other service providers, they lack the pricing list on their website. I strongly recommend making it publicly visible, because I for one would never hide it from the viewers and potential buyers/users. On the other hand, there's nothing bad about using their software. The customer service is indeed very friendly, and they're professionals.

I really enjoyed their sales acceleration software, mostly because RingDNA features an abundance of features that can really turn your business around and give you a bang for your buck. Once again, their integration with SalesForce is really cool, and I have faith in their strategies and algorhitms. The lack of the price list is a bummer, but it doesn't really make you want to close out of their website. The customer service is really friendly, and I appreciate their help!
