This was a digital marketing agency we got ahold of recently for our ecommerce based local SEO campaign. They specialize in local search engine optimization and marketing rather than global and national campaigns as their priority. And I found it refreshing after visiting twenty other SEO service providers almost all of which were offer integrated marketing services. There are videos, a library with high quality education content and resources available which was good. I like as well that they have a triple A rating in the Better Business Bureau which I've verified. They are also one of the Fast 50 companies so they are growing for a reason, though there are no case studies, testimonials or anything to do which verifies their work for clients that I could see which would be helpful for prospects.

This is minor I suppose, I followed up twice to schedule a demo after they sent me their pricing list but when I did so by choosing to follow up via email they both got bounced each time I tried to let them know I had attempted to sign up for their demo. When I called the 740 area code based number on the bottom of their site it asked for an extension but I was not given one in the email I had received so couldn't get through. When I clicked on the link to schedule a demo from my proposal the web page form submit button was not active. I did manage to leave a voice message after calling the 1-800 number on their website though it was after business hours by this time. So there was bit of a disconnect between myself as a prospect and the company in my opinion. Though perhaps this isn't the same experience for all prospects I would hope.

I appreciate they have affordable pricing for basic local search though there weren't many details in the proposal so is best to schedule the demo in my opinion. Their standard local SEO plan is very reasonably priced as well. Although once again the pricing PDF I've received does not go into detail as to what value this includes broken into what is to be expected during each month. Their premium local search plan runs is also affordable per month. I was conducting intensive research into top rated search engine optimization companies though we had already narrowed down our decision or I would have persisted and made contact again. I was pleased with their pricing and the month to month contract, though I would prefer a contract if it had a guarantee which I understand isn't practical for companies to offer yet some do take this risk based on their confidence and proven results. Their reputation is very good but more variable results on their website would of helped sell me enough to ensure I got ahold of them perhaps. Yet I am satisfied by the reputation of this company and although we went in another direction for our business I would recommend them.
