You can basically run ReqView in Chrome Web browser on any device. However, ReqView is not (yet) optimized for small screens thus we do not recommend to run it on mobile devices. (more)

Yes, with ReqView you can manage requirements under your preferred Version Control System. When you checkout the project from the VCS and open it in ReqView then you can edit the requirements documents offline without any internet connection. ReqView stores all the changes into a local secure application database. If you are online again then you can commit the changes back to the VCS.. (more)

ReqView does not need any special setup thus any user with basic requirements management background should be able to setup ReqView for his project within few hours using just the online resources, such as ReqView documentation. (more)
