What was the best part about using RentalMan ERP?

RentalMan is a complete ERP solution that supports your entire accounting process. it offers real-time customer information. You can create quotes and make reservations out of it together with the check-in and check-out equipment. Inventory tracking is also could be seamless and smooth in RentalMan. From when it was rented and when it is coming back, to where is your equipment at.

What would you change about your experience with RentalMan ERP?

RentalMan ERP specializes to equipment rentals which they have the most advanced system when it comes to it. You would wish for more kind of renting abilities because of their support and functionalities in equipment rentals. It offers also easy integration with third-party apps for efficiency and adaptability.

Overall Feedback

Overall, RentalMan is a software that offers complete and powerful rental solution. You can track your equipment for just few clicks. Get information about where it is, when it was rented to when it is coming back. In the accounting side, there is nothing to worry about since RentalMan gives fully support to it entirely. It is great already, but you would wish for more.

What was the best part about using RentalMan ERP?

The RentalMan ERP is rental software designed especially for equipment rentals. With this software, you can keep yourself updated with the new material and purchasing parts, the location of the equipment during the rental days and when it will be returned. Using this insightful tool, it will help you to monitor all your gear rented by your clients without any hassle.

What would you change about your experience with RentalMan ERP?

Despite its excellence, this software lacks some features such as project management, sales management, and warehouse or supply chain management which are the main course to improve the rental procedures. However, these drawbacks don't affect too much in the software’s performance. Without those features, it can still help you big time in running your business.

Even though there are some features that you can’t find with this software; it doesn’t change the fact the RentalMan ERP is accessible on the market today. It is a handy tool that helps you to gather information every piece of your equipment which is paramount when convincing customers or gathering more clients.

What was the best part about using RentalMan ERP?

Being specifically tailored to fit the needs of equipment rental, you can keep track of new equipment and parts purchasing, the location of the equipment at any time or simply see exactly what is rented, what and when is coming back etc. Having such insightful tools with endless capabilities to analyze and track the processes with equipment, it is a necessary tool for any such rental business.

What would you change about your experience with RentalMan ERP?

The only main concern with RentalMan ERP is the lack of some essential tools I find it not having. It doesn’t have project management, sales management, warehouse management nor supply chain management though I find these to rather important to enhance the rental procedures and guarantee a full-scale insights in our business.

Though there are just some few features I find the tool lacking of, it can’t be argued it is one of the top software’s for equipment rental business specifically. Helping you to gather insightful information from start to finish about every piece of equipment on the lot, it is a very handy tool allowing you to take it more easy and let the software manage most by itself.
