Used to be fairly quick, but the more updates, the worse it gets.

Eliminate multiple logins. Remove text boxes from time entry areas for CPT codes like it used to be (I.e. allow me to enter my minutes for each code in one tab, and the text to go with each code in another tab. Keep math and text separate please. ) keep pain ratings simple, we do not need to enter 20 descriptive boxes for pain every Time we see a patient. We cannot spend the first 10 minutes of our session asking every detail about their pain every time. If you must include a grid type system for a patient skill level for things like transfers, standing balance, at Cetera, make it a simple grid not a scrolling nightmare that doesn’t work properly and blanks out your answers Periodically for no apparent reason. Fix the glitch that makes the software completely log you out when you tried to scroll to the top or bottom of the page too hard. Illuminate unnecessary fields, like how a patient responded to treatment. Every therapist knows they should be including that in their tax tax, making it a separate area, or three separate areas, just adds to the time it takes to complete a note. A note should take no more than 3 to 5 minutes. These daily nots now take 10 to 15 minutes. Unacceptable! The software is so distracting, I find it difficult to look up a patient’s prior performance, because I have to put in some time for each CPT code that I want to look at the history of. Allow me to see all their history in each CPT area before I have entered any time working on that area. Chart review should be easy and quick so I can plan my session in the first few minutes. I should not have to dig To find out what therapeutic activities, exercise, or self-care a patient has performed in the last few days. And how about a next button to get me to the next area I need to complete quickly instead of having to dig through a list and Barb all over the place to find what I missed. If I try to complete documentation while my patient is exercising, I find myself utterly distracted and unable to concentrate on what they are doing. If I wait to complete my note until after the session, it takes an extra 10 to 15 minutes. Our companies complain about our productivity being bad, but how can it be any better with this awful software holding us back? And don’t even get me started on breaking down exercise by each limb having a separate text box! And I haven’t even touched how bad the build or pre-worded phrase boxes are, I tried to use them once and that note was laughable and took me 20 minutes. I ended up redoing it because it was ridiculous. Let notes be CONCISE!

The new update immediately made me want to pull my hair out and quit my job. My productivity has dropped from 87.5% to 72% because of the software, and the painstaking work it takes to complete each note. God help me if I actually lost a note, I would go mad. Our companies complain about our productivity being bad, but how can it be any better with this awful software holding us back?
