What was the best part about using RehabOptima?

Rehab Optima is not a legitimate software. If they are not 100% reliable they have no business being in the medical community.

What would you change about your experience with RehabOptima?

The software needs to be usable - it cannot be "down" for maintenance or any other reason.

ON SUNDAY OCTOBER 22, 2017, THE SYSTEM FAILED (AMONG MANY OTHER FREQUENT FAILURES AND SLOW LOADING TIMES) FOR THE ENTIRE MIDWEST - WAS COMPLETELY DOWN FOR EVERYBODY, CAUSING ALL THERAPISTS TO JUST GUESS ABOUT PATIENT INFORMATION, BECAUSE THE SHOW MUST GO ON. REHAB SOFTWARE CANNOT BE 98% RELIABLE, NOT 99% RELIABLE, IT MUST BE 100% RELIABLE - THEY HAVE FAILED, AND I HOPE THEY GET SUED FOR ALL THE MISTAKES THAT THERAPISTS MADE DUE TO NOT HAVING ADEQUATE PATIENT INFORMATION, AS A RESULT OF SUBSCRIBING TO THIS SOFTWARE.
