It makes me laugh because it's so hopelessly designed. This program looks like it was written using Visual Basic from the early 90s. It's literally like dial up internet in 2019 -- everything loads excruciatingly slowly, as if all of the data is being funneled through a 14.4K modem in a damp basement in Romania. Horrible Windows 95-esque. page loads with ghosting of windows, endless progress bars, slow tab changes, freezes every time you type a sentence. It's laughable, backwards, and tragic that large therapy companies use this trash in an effort to boost productivity, when all it does is take therapy time away from sick people who desperately need their therapists' expertise. How many tens of millions of medicare dollars have been paid to companies while their therapists are stare vacuously at a screen while waiting for the program to acknowledge that a user has clicked a button?

I would not use it. It is the worst part of my day, and I don't believe they can fix it.

How can a program that basically generates a text file and manages numbers run so poorly on a computer with a fibre optic internet connection that can play 4K video, run Final Cut Pro, and render 3D images using Photoshop? How did you make it so bad? Really - I want to know. Why, Rehab Optima? If it doesn't make sense, it makes money. I guess that's ultimately the answer to the question of why thousands of talented therapists have to navigate this sloppily coded atrocity for hours every day. Two stars for the support because I've talked to some cool people on the support line who seem to hate Optima more than me.
