It leverages the Salesforce platform fully, nothing is hosted outside of Salesforce, which makes security folks much more comfortable. We moved from a traditional SaaS product to a native product to improve user experience (same familiar UI), guarantee superior performance, make reporting more robust (one source), and to leverage the full complement of Salesforce flows, processes and triggers for client-specific needs.
