QuestionPro an online survey software company is founded in 2002 March by Vivek Bhaskaran pursue Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University (BYU). What was the best part about using QuestionPro?

QuestionPro offers free trial pack and a zero payment plan for small users with limitation in functions. It allows the user to create the surveys within few minutes even without any knowledge of the process and the survey can be reused by altering the changes so that it can be resent to the users.

What would you change about your experience with QuestionPro?

QuestionPro has been carefully designed software but still it lacks the functions in producing effective analytic reports and a mobile questionnaire support. Its insights aren't trustworthy to use it for any strategy planning or decision making. However, it supports the users in the initial stages of their business by fitting into their budget.

Overall Feedback

Other than startups and small sized business it doesn't have any potentials to offer for the big sized business. Definitely, I can't recommend to anyone other than to try the trail version which will give an idea about the market research survey software. Incase if they improved their functions than I can change my views.

What was the best part about using QuestionPro?

I have a lot of positive things to mention about this amazing software. First, its ability to save all my data, to store my surveys, create survey links that allow me to customize, sharing feedback with my staff is possible and of course, one hundred percent customer support making it as one of the best tools so far. Another thing, it allows me to gather pertinent customer data with its easy to use survey tools packed with the best customer service in the industry. Also, it detects the device type and allow us to reformat the question style to fit in our screen. Simply means that our clients can also answer our questions even on mobile devices. It convert into the drop down list and scrolling it is no need. And there are a lot to mention, so I recommend to give this guy a try!

What would you change about your experience with QuestionPro?

It's hard to give a negative reaction to this product. It simply has the best features for me. There was a time that I had a query about its program, and less than an hour I got the solution. So much helpful to us. So I guess, for now, I don't have anything negative about this software.

Overall, this thing is simply perfect. With its excellent and advanced tools, you can work with a high quality product that has a reasonable price. It is designed to allow you to create attractive and easy to answer surveys, which can be answered through PC's, laptop, mobile devices and other gadgets you can connect online. The software is continually updating to meet their client's need. This is indeed a must for empirical research scholars.

What was the best part about using QuestionPro?

This product is designed basically well and is continually upgraded. It is capable of detecting the device you are using, be it PC, tablet or smartphone and then adjusting the interface to fit the screen of the device being used plus you get excellent customer service. It certainly ranks among the best of its kind.

What would you change about your experience with QuestionPro?

The item is truly all around included and truly clear to utilize, be that as it may, Some of the propelled report choices are just accessible online and would be helpful to have the capacity to download in various arrangements similar to the more standard/straightforward separated reports. Apart from that drawback it is really a pro.

What was the best part about using QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is a very useful marketing tool for any business. The material collected can help a company promote to the precise target audience and comprehend the wants and needs of clienteles. QuestionPro is a cloud-based so system and is usable from any place and mobile devices. I favorably recommend using QuestionPro for marketing research and advertising.

What would you change about your experience with QuestionPro?

The worst part of QuestionPro is the glitches. QuestionPro needs to make updates to fix a few bugs in the system. In addition, a few more features and tools will make the system better and comparable with other marketing software. Other than the errors I find no other fault with this product.

What was the best part about using QuestionPro?

This automated software was made to design, conduct and compile surveys. It also comes as a basic market research tool, especially for surveys with little life- span and does not require extensive programming. The QuestionPro is very easy to use and doesn’t require a user to be teech savvy before engaging the software. It comes with fully integrated features and it is appealing in outlook with lots of customization features to compliment. The QuestionPro is extremely very intuitive.

What would you change about your experience with QuestionPro?

I am hoping QuestionPro would have sorted out the incessant bug errors that cause disruptions. The vendors should also offer users more alternatives for configuring and page breaks and then give more capabilities for various question categories. The drag and drop function was quite slow and needs to function more effectively. The software isn’t friendly with some platforms.

If price is a major concern to you as a user searching for a survey tool for simple business projects, the QuestionPro software is a welcomed option to go with. This platform comes with advanced features to enable users gather accurate and better information with highly in depth analysis and evaluation. With this advanced features, it allows industry users have consistent results which they can draw perceptions from. I also realized data exports are also very customizable, while enabling them organize multiple survey –wells at the same time.

What was the best part about using QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is very simple to use, I can very easily create and replicate surveys by making only small changes to conserve time. In addition the insights that you receive from the analysis and report are really analytical and of great assistance when taking important decision. A really good market research software solution.

What would you change about your experience with QuestionPro?

Not many drawbacks. I am not a big fan of how the survey exports are portrayed on the pdf file. It is not probably the most user friendly regarding printing purposes. Other than that I cannot find any worth mentioning drawbacks. It is a rather well developed software with careful planning.

A highly recommended software that provides many solutions to the survey and market research niche. If implemented correctly and carefully it can be of grave assistance to making the correct steps and plan the next steps in any business according to crucial data. Once again a highly recommended solution for all.

What was the best part about using QuestionPro?

QuestionPro has its ups and downs when it comes to efficiency. Some of its most valuable virtues are definitely for example the extremely simple solution it provides as it reaches multiple platforms easily and you don’t need much effort with the program. What is possibly the biggest upside for QuestionPro is it’s free trial and free plan for smaller users. I find it incredibly important as inevitably, we don’t have the need for the program constantly (but still moderately often) and therefore I wouldn’t like to spend big bucks on such software. However, it must be emphasized while it’s affordable, it doesn’t necessarily mean it can’t satisfy your needs.

What would you change about your experience with QuestionPro?

Unfortunately, I can’t say it’s an irreplaceable survey and research software as I found too much of it to lack while I used it. Firstly, what bothers me, it lacks in professional expertise when it comes to analysis – the overly big emphasis on DIY analysis isn’t trustworthy as I’d like the program to be more intuitive in data analysis aspect. Also, it doesn’t have some of the key features to conclude a successful, insightful research as it doesn’t have phone questionnaire support and some other key features I’d like to see.

What QuestionPro has for its’ features, it downgrades itself with it’s excessive lack in functionality for it to be a truly useful, capable research program. I’d like the program to evolve further and develop a higher level of professionality so it would be a handy tool for not only entry-level users. Fortunately thanks to its’ free version, it won’t be a loss to try so give it a go!
