What was the best part about using Qualaroo?

I work for a software company that specializes in building custom applications for both iOS and Android. I manage a small team of developers, and we have come across several problems in deciding which features to implement and what changes to make in our applications. But ever since we embedded Qualaroo surveys in our prototypes, we have received a lot of quality feedback from our clients to guide our development process. We also embedded in-app surveys in our newly launched mobile apps to see what users think and work on their feedback.

What would you change about your experience with Qualaroo?

Being developers, we like to implement certain surveys in our own way, so a little more customization for the code will be appreciated .

Overall Feedback

I have been very satisfied with the results, and I don’t think me and my team will ever be going back to our old ways of development. I love how the feedback is super supportive, but I wish we were a little less limited in terms of the code customization.
