Qualaroo

Qualaroo is a helpful tool for multiple teams in our organization. Our product development, marketing, and design teams use it simultaneously to do marketing research and test new products. We can target specific demographics and import new targeting options using their interaction APIs to collect data from the targeted audience. The centralized reporting section helps the teams collaborate to make the most out of the feedback.

The tool is a complete solution but a little expensive for us. We wish there were more pricing tiers at lower prices.

Qualaroo offers value for money. Different teams use it to understand the target market, find the perfect product-market fit and align our USPs with the customers' emotions. We add the usability surveys to our design template and send the link to the participants to collect their feedback on product design and usability. It has greatly reduced the time taken to collect and implement the feedback.
