Thank you for your question. There is no extra fee for support, and it is provided via an online ticketing system. If there are questions or issues you can submit a ticket to our help desk and someone will reach out, typically within about 15 minutes during office hours (8am-6pm, Pacific Time), or as soon as possible after hours. Is Qebot Franchise Platform offered in different languages? If so, which ones?

The platform is natively set up for languages other than English, but most of the tools within the platform are, including the social media too, directory management tool, and email marketing. The rest of the language barrier should actually be handled fairly easily by your browser. (more)

Our support documents are all in English, but most browsers these days can translate the page for you. The tools in the platform itself do have options for language choice. (more)

What type of customization are you looking for? You can choose the tools you want to purchase on the platform, customizing the actual functionality. We also have a white label option if you're asking about customizing the design of the platform. Each tool also has certain levels of customization for it's functionality as well.
