What was the best part about using Provet Cloud?

A complete cloud-based veterinary software solution. Provet Cloud has an user-friendly "dashboard" that shows all the features it brings. You can book routine appointments online, create work-flow templates and spot the areas that need improvement for enhanced patient care. This integrated tool has SMS and email functionalities that allow you to be connected with clients. And a big plus: this is a cloud-based software, so no installation is needed and that makes it a valuable option.

What would you change about your experience with Provet Cloud?

Well, truth be told: I cannot find anything really wrong with Provet Cloud. Nice interface, affordable price (under 60$ per month, that's cool), solid, very intuitive. That's what I call a complete solution. There is nothing to point out here.

It includes training (with webinars and documentation) and a free trial version in case you want to see all its features for yourself. Treatment management is also included. Provet Cloud is complete solution for small and mid-sized business.
