What was the best part about using ProProfs Project?

I’m a huge fan of Kanban. I love getting every piece of information related to a task in one place. If there’s any detail I need to save regarding a task, I quickly comment on the task card. This also allows me to share these details with my team members instantly.

What would you change about your experience with ProProfs Project?

Though the tool has worked quite well for us, I would love to see more integrations in the future.

Onboarding the tool was a breeze. If there's ever a need to explore the workflows via Gantt or Calendar, ProProfs makes it easy to switch to these views with a click!

I absolutely love ProProfs Project's task visualization and reporting capabilities. Together, they provide us the much-needed visibility into all our tasks from start to finish.

I found ProProfs to be user-friendly right from the start. Most tools offer truckloads of features to the user, overwhelming them simultaneously. ProProfs offers just the right amount of features with a lovely UI, helping us run projects smoothly.

What was the best part about using ProProfs Project?

I liked how simple it is to onboard ProProfs. My team and I needed no specific training. We quickly learned how to navigate it and started building our project dashboards immediately after.

What would you change about your experience with ProProfs Project?

The tool does not offer a lot of integration options.

Using the tool has been a breeze. With ProProfs, I know exactly what needs to be done and when. Priorities and dependencies are clear throughout the project, and work gets delivered on time consistently.

What was the best part about using ProProfs Project?

This tool has really made it easier for me to track how my project is progressing. All I have to do is simply open a project on its dashboard and I have access to every information regarding its tasks. So, whether I want to know which tasks are pending, which are done, or on which date is a task due, I can extract every information within seconds.

What would you change about your experience with ProProfs Project?

It would be great if the tool can incorporate advanced automation features. That would really offload some of my time-consuming tasks.

I love the tool for its task tracking capabilities. Now, I no longer have to micromanage my team members, constantly requesting updates on lined-up tasks. The tool’s dashboard has the answers to all my questions at a glance!

The tool is a one-stop shop for all our remote team needs. It helps team members collaborate from anywhere in the world. Whether it’s instant messaging or file sharing, the tool has awesome features that make remote team collaboration a walk in the park. It also lets everyone stay on the same page with project tasks and activities.

Nothing. The tool has been a game-changer for our organization. We have been able to streamline our workflow for good.

Discovering and adopting ProProfs Project has been a blessing for us. Being a remote organization, we used to encounter roadblocks while connecting and collaborating with geographically dispersed team members. Ever since we started using the tool, our processes have improved. Also, team collaboration has positively impacted the productivity of each team member. Overall, we are delighted with the way this software has been working for us.

What was the best part about using ProProfs Project?

ProProfs Project offers incredible project tracking features. With its Gantt charts, we can easily track how our projects are progressing and identify loopholes, if any. Also, we can create milestones and set alerts for approaching deadlines in just a few clicks.

We would not like to change anything about this tool. We love the tool for our project management!

ProProfs Project is an excellent tool for tracking employees. Whether I need to track an employee’s productive hours or need to check their availability for future tasks, the tool does it all.

What was the best part about using ProProfs Project?

The best part about using the tool has to be its dashboard. The dashboard is simple and intuitive. It lets me manage my teams and projects without having to lift a finger. I can create tasks, allocate resources, set priorities, and define deadlines within minutes. The tool’s dashboard makes it seem effortless to do all this and more.

It’s hard to point out something that I would like to change about my experience. So far, we have not encountered any issues with the tool’s functionality.

What was the best part about using ProProfs Project?

The dashboard. I have used so many project management tools, but the dashboard offered by ProProfs Project is relatively neater and easier to understand. I can access all kinds of project-related information, such as who is working on what, work progress, project details, start and end dates, and whether the project will be completed in the set deadline.

What would you change about your experience with ProProfs Project?

Nothing I can think of right now. My experience with ProProfs Project was quite good.
