Deleting your account permanently deletes all your data, such as: proposals, clients and all payment related info. Also, by deleting account your subscription will be canceled but remain active until the next billing date.

Yes, you can always downgrade your plan.
If you have Propoze Plus monthly subscription active, you can always downgrade to our Free plan. Keep in mind: if you downgrade your subscription to Free plan, your downgrade will start on the next billing date. However, you will lose all the additional features from Propoze Plus.
If you downgrade your plan from Propoze Plus yearly to Propoze plus monthly, your downgrade will start on the next billing date and you will still have access to Propoze Plus additional features.
Everything else will remain the same! All your information and proposals will be saved and available to you after the downgrade. (more)

We use Stripe as our payment processor and all your payment information is processed through it. Propoze does not have access to your credit card data. (more)
