Hi, on our Grande plan and above we offer branded URLs, so when your clients open your web proposals they don't see "proposify.biz" in the URL bar, they see your domain.

As CEO and co-founder of Proposify, I am proud to say we have an awesome in-house customer support team. Nick and Sondra are our amazing customer happiness specialists but really our whole team is geared toward making sure our Proposify users have a great experience so if you email [email protected] with a question, you could hear from any of us - even me.
